Earthworks commenced at 30 Lawnton Pocket Road. Developing 560 lots. First residents expected over a ten year period from 2019.

140 – 240 Todds Road - Lawnton
Commenced construction on 172 lots. Completion expected by 2020.


Villa World Strathpine
72 Grahams Road. Sub-division application lodged for 380 lot development. First residents expected from 2021.

Warner
3,000 residential lots proposed.

Aspley
DA granted for 780 dwellings currently Aspley Acres Village Caravan Park. Development expected to commence 2022.

The floor plan, tenancy sizes and location of commercial kitchen are flexible and negotiable for the right retail/ commercial partner(s).


POWER
•Tenancy One (Front building) has 2 x 415 volt, 3 phase, 100 amp supply.
•Tenancy Two (middle building) has 3 x 415 volt, 3 phase, 100 amp power supply.


•Tenancy Three (Shed 3) has 415 volt, 3 phase, 400 amp power supply.
• All can be separately metered if required.

SOLAR POWER
• A 99 kilowatt solar system is planned. The solar system will augment the supply authority’s metering.
GAS

• A reliable and adequate supply of gas from Origin Energy will be provided.
